With caution

after experiencing narcissistic abuse -
by enough as if my soul is on ‘multi-use’
i have come to know to proceed
 through life with caution - 
learning that some intentions will never
correspond with the flow of 
wholeness in mind to put forth that motion 

upon placing your soles upon the 
‘welcome mat’ of my soul, all i ask
try to be open minded, graceful -
patient, even? throughout this process 

i seemed to of wound up and tangled
 the ‘me’ in this core for 
the illiberal comfort zone of
those with unscrupulous intentions 
pretending to be concerned of my goodness
while relentlessly being a covert mosquito - draining me down below empty,
slowly over time… incognito
