BLACK CAT

Black cat chirping,
sitting on my pillow.
Green eyes stalking,
birdies out the window.

Little creature taking
up all the space in my bed.
Or all the space in my heart when
he sticks out his tongue red.

Black cat purring,
paws are neatly folded.
My head resting,
on black fur unbothered.
