David Mills is a native of the Pacific Northwest and aspiring writer of both fiction and non-fiction work. He is currently developing a book based upon his United States Navy military service as a helicopter aircrewman and rescue swimmer. David earned a degree in economics from Portland State University and post-graduate certificate in writing from UC Berkeley.
