Maxmillian Wiegel

Born in southeast Michigan, Maxmillian Wiegel is a recent graduate from the University of Michigan, where he won the 2023 Nancy Bylan Bratman Excellence in Writing Award. With a love of history and fantasy, he began writing in the aftermath of a severe brain stroke when he was eleven years old to put his thoughts into the written word. He has subsequently been writing short fiction throughout his high school and college eduction, and has published his first novella, The Worth of a Knight, in May 2024. In the future, he hopes to be a lawyer, and continue adventures into literature.
