Originally from Royal Oak, Michigan, Alfred Fournier is an entomologist, writer and community volunteer in Phoenix, Arizona. He runs weekly poetry workshops for a local nonprofit. His first poetry collection, A Summons on the Wind (2023, Kelsay Books) was nominated for the Eric Hoffer Book Award.
