Colby Torbett is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a bachelor's degree in criminology. Torbett's published writings include works of short fiction and essays on US History and Philosophy which can be found in the literary magazine La Piccioletta Barca. Torbett resides in Asheville, North Carolina with his wife Julie, pet cat, and turtle. Torbett writes in his free time and enjoys working on pieces related to US History and the American Civil War.
