Edward D. Miller was born in New York City and teaches film, media, and performance at the City University of New York. He is retiring soon. Apart from writing, he loves kayaking, floating, making pesto for friends, eating seafood, binge watching British and Nordic mysteries, napping, waking up, hanging out with his husband and doggie, and working towards a more democratic U.S.A.
