Hillary Chapman

Hillary Chapman is a writer, teacher, guitarist, and songwriter. He co-authored many history books on the history of the Bahá’í Faith, as well as personal memoirs and family histories.(www.journeysfaith.com). He writes short stories and poems and has written and produced songs for the Nashville market (www.reverbnation.com/hillarychapman). He is getting ready to perform acoustic blues in CharliePattonRidesAgain!. In my story, “Sherlock Holmes Redux”, Sherlock Holmes is reimagined as an elementary school science teacher; this is more ‘homage’ than fan fiction. I write history books, short stories, and songs, and am an acoustic blues guitarist. In short stories I emphasize storytelling and hope that as the plot unfolds, deeper truths are revealed. I strive to write in a de-cluttered and stripped-down style—a result of my years songwriting.
