Jean Setrakian, a Canadian academic physician of Armenian descent, was inspired by the Vehicule Poets of seventies Montreal. He lives in an idyllic Quebec country setting with family, spaniel, cats. He has self-published, having translated his own poems originally written in English into French, a bilingual book of poems, Apopoèmes/Apopoems with Librinova in Paris.
