Jenni Frank, 51, lives with her husband and teenage kids by a beach in Southern California. She is a freelance wordsmith, fundraising consultant, occasional writing instructor, and barely domesticated animal who is attempting to weave all of her middle-aged personas together into one cohesive and functional human. Sometimes the experiment seems successful; other times the narrative threads unravel. Above all, she’s been a poet for four linguistically intoxicating decades.
