Kayla Spencer

Kayla is based in Utah, where she teaches 7th/8th grade English at a local charter school. A lifetime lover of the language arts, she now works to convince teenagers that reading is a privilege, writing is power, and revision: a gift. When not fighting with said teenagers, she's scribbling down lines of poetry or buried deep in a book. Her work also appears in The Blood Pudding and Griffel.
