Elizabeth grew up in northern NJ but has lived in the Boston area since 1992. She was a high school and college writing teacher for years. Her work has been published widely in such journals as 34th Parallel, Bellevue Literary Review, where it was twice-awarded the non-fiction prize, and Bending Genres. She was recently nominated for a Pushcart Prize for a poem in the Tipton Poetry Review.
