Mackenzie Nicole is a recent graduate of her Master of Fine Arts in Writing from Lindenwood University. She has a passion for portraying authentic, gritty stories that reflect the struggles of real life. In 2023, she won First Place in the Story Embers contest for her short story "Cassie's Pearl." When she isn’t working or writing, she can be found traveling or hiking the beautiful Ozark mountains.
