Michael Starr

Michael Starr is a former biologist who has been writing poetry recreationally since 2004. Editor and then editor-in-chief of his high school's literary magazine Catharsis. Deleted a pseudonymous blog of poetry on WordPress with a successful ~300-user following because he got scared the U.S. doesn't actually value freedom of speech and some of his stuff was a bit risqué. Michale is the sole founder and editor of indie arts e-zine [Alternate Route] . Member of brotherly duo behind Starr&Co. Photo . He lives in the Bay Area, California, with his family.
