They released a statement saying that they would rather focus on departments that would offer the company a better growth rate. Current LG smartphone customers should not be too worried as LG has said that it would continue to provide assistance and updates depending on a customer’s location.

Time and time again, Facebook has been in hot water for breaching data privacy. This time, it has been reported in a public database that Facebook suffered a huge data leak back in August 2019. Personal Information of 533 million Facebook accounts from 106 countries were reportedly leaked. According to a company spokesperson, Facebook is not planning to reveal the details of the leak.

A woman from Suzhou, a Province in Jiangsu, China, was left in tears at her son’s wedding as she discovered that his bride-to-be was her long-lost daughter. The woman spotted a birthmark on the arm of her daughter-in-law which bore a striking resemblance to her own daughter’s.
To make matters even more complicated, the wedding went on as it turns out that the groom was in fact, adopted.

Prime Minister of New Zealand, Jacinda Ardern’s popularity grows day by day. New Zealand is raising the minimum wage to NZ $20 ($14) an hour and increasing the tax for the top earners to 39%. It is significant to note that New Zealand’s previous minimum wage was already the part of the five highest in the World. It is estimated that the move would affect up to 175,500 workers.

On the 9th of April, 2021, we lost two souls. Although, it may seem that they come from worlds apart, they were loved by many. The Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Philip, and American rapper, Earl Simmons aka DMX.
Prince Philip, passed away aged 99 years old. He was just months away from his 100th birthday. The Prince was the longest serving royal consort in British history. He decided to put aside his personal aspirations in order to support his wife in her role as queen.
Earl Simmons (DMX), suffered a heart attack and died at White Plains Hospital, New York, at the age of 50. DMX, rose to fame in the ‘90s and rapidly became one of the best hard core hip-hop artist in his time and was ultimately signed by Ruffhouse Records Label.

Amidst the pandemic, wearing a mask has become a societal norm. American President, Joe Biden’s administration initiated a mask design competition worth $500,000 ( INR 3,73,62,500). The initiative was launched by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and applicants have until the 21st of April to submit their entries. Notable, the competition is restricted to US citizens only.
