Noto, a small fishing town in Japan has constructed a 43-foot-long statue of a squid to attract tourists after the pandemic. The pink sea creature which sits outside a squid theme restaurant has raised some eyebrows as nearly $230,000 of Covid relief money was used for its construction. The town’s residents were left wondering whether the money should have been spent elsewhere.
The town’s official, Tetsuji Shimoyachi, acknowledged their concerns and enunciated that even after spending millions of Covid relief money, the town still had leftover money to build the statue.

A farmer from Belgium accidentally made France smaller and Belgium bigger. Annoyed by it being in his tractor’s path he moved the stone which marks the boundary between the two countries by 7.5ft into France’s domain.
According to local authorities, the farmer will be asked to put the stone back in its original position but he could face criminal charges if he does not obey.

Rather, they’ve let the banks decide whether they would allow such transactions or not. The NCPI has told the banks to make a decision based on their legal teams.
The decision was taken due to the mistrust of crypto trading. A dozen banks have already instructed several payment gateways to blacklist merchants in the business of trading cryptocurrencies.

According to reports, Cisse was expecting to give birth to seven babies but the ultrasound missed two.

A gun carrying American in the news is not a surprise any longer. But a US Army Trainee hijacking a bus filled with children is. Richland County Sheriff identified the man as a Jovan Collazo, a native of New Jersey.
The Sheriff reported that the children frustrated the gunman to no end by asking him a lot of questions. Collazo was reportedly frustrated by their questions and eventually let them all off before driving away with the bus.
Fortunately, no one on board was harmed.
